Right Now at LiHO

This month belongs to the princesses. The LiHO TEA x Disney Princess series, A Royal Tea Time, is running islandwide, and it is one of the prettiest launches the brand has done.

There are two drinks to know. The Lychee Rose Milk Green Tea is soft, floral and milky, the kind of drink that smells like a garden before you even take a sip. The Lychee Rose Smoothie with White Pearl is the colder, fruitier one, blended icy with chewy white pearls hiding at the bottom.

The drinks arrive in themed cups in waves, with different princess pairs through the month. Collect six of the special cup sleeves and you can redeem a plush pillow, and there are plush card holders and little clip on figures for collectors who want the full set. It is a limited series, so once the cups and sleeves run out at your outlet, they are gone.

Also still pouring: the Shine Muscat series, in jasmine tea latte and punch styles, at participating outlets. No end date has been announced, but limited series never stay forever, so enjoy it while it is here.

Popular Dishes

Classic Milk Tea

The starting point for every LiHO journey. Smooth, creamy and familiar, with a proper tea taste underneath the milk. Add pearls for S$0.70 if you want the full classic experience.

Order it at 50 percent sugar the first time, then adjust from there.

S$4.80

Da Hong Pao Milk Tea

For people who like their milk tea with more character. Da Hong Pao is a roasted oolong, so the tea flavour is deeper, warmer and a little toasty.

It holds up well at 30 percent sugar, which lets the roast come through.

S$5.30

Cheese Guan Yin

The drink that made LiHO famous. A clean, fragrant Guan Yin tea under a cap of CheezHO cheese foam, slightly salty, rich and smooth.

Keep the sugar low, 0 to 30 percent, because the foam brings its own sweetness.

S$4.10

Kaya Toast Milk Green Tea

Singapore in a cup, and the drink the brand itself flags as its number one signature. It tastes like kaya toast turned into a milk tea: pandan, coconut and caramel notes over a green tea base.

Sweet by nature, so 30 percent sugar is plenty for most people.

S$6.50

Singapore Fruit Tea

The refreshing one. A bright mix of tropical fruit flavours over tea, made for hot afternoons and long walks between malls.

Order it at 30 percent sugar with less ice and it stays fruity to the last sip.

S$4.90

CheezHO Avocado

The indulgent one. Real avocado blended thick and creamy, finished with the signature cheese foam. It eats almost like a dessert, so treat it as one: a small meal on a busy day.

Sugar at 30 percent keeps the avocado flavour in front.

S$6.30

Build Your Cup

Every LiHO order comes down to four small choices. Once you know them, ordering takes ten seconds.

  • Size.
Medium is about 500 ml and suits most people. Large is about 700 ml and usually costs S$1.00 more, which makes it the better value when you are really thirsty.
  • Sugar.
You choose 0, 30, 50, 70 or 100 percent. There is no wrong answer, but here is the shortcut regulars use: milk teas sit happily at 30 to 50 percent, fruit teas shine at 30 percent, and drinks that are already sweet, like cheese foam and brown sugar drinks, need little or no added sugar at all.
  • Ice.
Normal, less, no ice or extra. Less ice keeps your drink stronger for longer, which matters in Singapore heat. For delivery orders, less ice is almost always the smarter pick.
  • Topping.
Pearls (S$0.70) and golden pearls (S$0.80) for chew, aiyu and herbal jelly (S$0.70 each) for something lighter, pudding and red bean (S$0.80 each) for a dessert feel, and the CheezHO foam (S$1.20) when you want any tea to taste like a treat.

Pay Less at LiHO

Use the app

The LiHO TEA SG app is where the member value lives. Members can get a Milk Tea with Golden Pearl for S$1.90, limited to one per member per day. It is easily the cheapest proper LiHO drink in Singapore, and it is app only.

Collect points as you drink

The myLiHOTEA membership turns your regular cups into points, rewards and birthday treats, including free birthday drinks when your month comes around. If you buy LiHO Tea every week, the membership quietly pays for itself.

Order pickup instead of delivery

Delivery apps are convenient, but menu prices and fees sit higher there. Ordering ahead in the app and collecting at the counter keeps the counter price and skips the queue at the same time.

Find LiHO Near You

With outlets across the island, the nearest LiHO Tea is rarely far. You will find them in the Central shopping belt around Orchard and Bugis, in the North at places like Northpoint City and AMK Hub, in the East around Tampines, Bedok and Pasir Ris, in the West at Jurong Point, JEM and Clementi, and across the North East at NEX, Compass One and Waterway Point.

Most outlets open around 10 or 11 in the morning and close around 10 at night, with airport, hospital and campus outlets running their own hours. There are no 24 hour outlets, so a midnight craving needs a bit of planning.

Start with the busiest and most loved locations: Bugis+, VivoCity, Jurong Point, Tampines Mall, Northpoint City and JEM. Each has its own page with the address, unit number, hours, nearest MRT and the small detail that actually helps: where exactly the counter sits inside the mall.

The LiHO Tea Story in Short

LiHO Tea was born in 2017, but its roots go further back. Royal T Group had run the Gong Cha outlets in Singapore for years, building a loyal crowd for bubble tea across the island. When that chapter ended in 2017, the team did not walk away from tea. They started their own brand instead, and around 80 outlets changed their signs to a new name: LiHO.

The young brand needed a calling card, and it found one fast. LiHO pushed cheese tea into the Singapore mainstream with CheezHO, its own take on the creamy cheese foam cap, at a time when most people had never tried anything like it. Cheese Guan Yin became the cup people queued to photograph and taste.

From there, LiHO grew into a truly local tea brand. Avocado drinks inspired by the fruit stalls, kaya toast flavours, gula melaka, pandan: the menu keeps borrowing from the tastes Singaporeans grew up with, and wrapping them in a tea cup. Even the mascot, a lion named Mr Yuen, is a nod to home.

Nine years on, the greeting still fits. LiHO Tea is the familiar face you pass in almost every mall, asking how you are, one cup at a time.

Good to Know

Is LiHO halal?

No. LiHO in Singapore is not halal certified. The drinks are made without pork, lard or meat products, and with ingredients chosen to be halal friendly, but the brand does not hold formal certification here. If certification matters to you, this is the honest answer before you order. Read the full halal guide.

Does LiHO have an app?

Yes. The LiHO TEA SG app lets you order ahead for pickup, collect membership points and claim member deals like the S$1.90 milk tea. See how the app and membership work.

What is the cheapest drink at LiHO?

The Pure Tea range starts at S$2.80 for a Medium Jasmine Green Tea or Oolong. Clean, light and easy on the wallet. See the full menu and prices.

Does LiHO deliver?

Yes. You can order through GrabFood and foodpanda, and order ahead for pickup in the app. Drinks without delicate foam travel best. See the delivery guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

LiHO means “How are you?” in Hokkien. The name was chosen as a friendly Singapore greeting, and it sets the tone for the whole brand.

There are 80 plus outlets islandwide, in malls, MRT stations, neighbourhood centres and the airport. The full list, grouped by region, is on our Outlets page, with hours and addresses checked regularly.

Start with the Cheese Guan Yin at 30 percent sugar if you want the drink LiHO is famous for, or the Classic Milk Tea with pearls at 50 percent if you want the safe, familiar favourite.

For most milk teas, 30 to 50 percent is the sweet spot. Go lower for cheese foam and brown sugar drinks, and try fruit teas at 30 percent first. You can always go sweeter on the next cup.

If you drink LiHO about once a week or more, yes. The points, birthday drinks and the S$1.90 member milk tea add up quickly. If LiHO is a once in a while treat, the free signup still costs you nothing.

Most outlets open around 10 or 11 am and close around 10 pm. Airport, hospital and campus outlets differ, so check the individual outlet page before you travel.
