About lihotea.org

lihotea.org exists for a simple reason: LiHO TEA is one of Singapore’s most loved bubble tea brands, yet finding straight answers about it online is harder than it should be. Prices drift, old menus hang around for years, promotions expire without anyone updating the pages that announced them, and the brand has no working consumer website of its own at the moment. So we built the next best thing: one independent guide that keeps the important things checked, current and in one place.

On this site you will find the full LiHO menu with prices checked against the in store board, a directory of all 90 outlets with addresses and hours, the current promotions tracked and dated, an honest guide to the membership and app, and practical help on the questions drinkers actually ask, from sugar levels to calories to which drink to order first.

How We Keep It Accurate

Accuracy is the whole point of this site, so here is how we work. Prices and menu details are checked against the current menu and refreshed on a regular cycle, and pages that depend on freshness (menu, promotions, outlets) carry a visible “last checked” date that only changes when a real check happens. Where LiHO does not publish official data, for example calories, we say so clearly and label our figures as estimates with the method explained. Deals appear on the Promotions page only while they are live. Ended deals come down.

If you spot something we have got wrong, a price that moved, an outlet that closed, a deal we missed, tell us through the Contact page. Corrections from readers are a big part of how this guide stays the most reliable LiHO reference in Singapore, and we fix verified corrections quickly.

Who Writes This Site

lihotea.org is written and maintained by Daniel Koh, a Singapore based writer who covers the local food and drinks scene, with a soft spot for tea in all its forms. Daniel has followed LiHO since the great Gong Cha rebrand of 2017 and drinks his Cheese Guan Yin at 30 percent sugar, less ice, no toppings fighting the foam.

Our Independence

This is an independent guide. lihotea.org is not the official LiHO website and is not affiliated with LiHO TEA or Royal T Group. We write about the brand because we like the drinks and because readers kept asking the questions this site answers. Our full disclaimer is on the Disclaimer page.
