LiHO Opening Hours | When Do LiHO Outlets Open and Close?

The short answer: most LiHO outlets open at 10 or 11 in the morning and close at 10 at night. That single sentence covers the large majority of the 90 outlets across Singapore, so if you are standing outside a mall at noon wondering, go in, it is open. But LiHO hours have real exceptions, and they cluster in predictable places: campuses, offices, one hospital, and Sentosa. This guide gives you the pattern, the exceptions, and the few late closers worth knowing about.

LiHO Opening Hours

Outlet typeTypical hours
Mall outlets (the majority)11am to 10pm daily
MRT station and neighbourhood outlets10 or 11am to 10pm daily
A handful of heartland outletsUntil 10:30pm
Campus outlets (NUS, NTU)Weekday daytime only
Office tower outletsWeekday hours, early close
Sentosa Beach Station12pm to 8pm daily

Mall hours rule everything. LiHO kiosks open and close with their malls, which is why 11 to 10 is the island’s default rhythm, and why a few outlets in malls with longer trading hours start at 10 instead. Public holidays generally follow the mall’s holiday hours, which for most malls means the same as a Sunday.

The Exceptions Worth Knowing

Earliest risers. The Khoo Teck Puat Hospital outlet runs 9am to 9pm, the earliest start on the island, built for hospital shifts rather than shoppers. AMK Hub and a set of neighbourhood outlets open at 10am, including Sun Plaza, Seletar Mall, Woodlands Mart and Zhongshan Mall.

Latest closers. Nothing at LiHO runs late into the night. The last cups on the island go to the 10:30pm group: Bendemeer Centre, Our Tampines Hub, Bedok Mall and the Woodlands outlets among them, and Parkway Parade runs to 10:45pm on Saturdays, the latest single closing time we list. If it is past 10pm and you need a cup, those are your only real chances.

Weekday only worlds. Asia Square’s outlet runs Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm and rests on weekends, and Guoco Tower closes at 7pm daily. The campus outlets keep student hours: NTU runs 9am to 8pm on weekdays and closes on weekends, and the NUS outlets run weekday daytime hours. Bukit Merah Central takes the opposite pattern, open on weekdays and closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

The holiday exception. Sentosa Beach Station keeps resort hours, 12pm to 8pm, the shortest day of any LiHO in Singapore.

Is There a 24 Hour LiHO?

No. There is no 24 hour LiHO outlet in Singapore, and no drive thru either. The late night bubble tea run ends at 10pm in most of the island and 10:30pm if you are near the right mall. Plan the craving accordingly, or let delivery stretch it slightly: the platforms sometimes accept orders a little beyond counter hours depending on the outlet, which our delivery guide covers.

Peak Hours: When Not to Just Show Up

Hours are only half the question. The same outlet is a two minute stop at 3pm and a fifteen minute queue at 12:30pm on a weekday, when office and school crowds land together. Weekend afternoons in the big malls (VivoCity, Jurong Point, Tampines) run long queues too. The regulars’ answer is the app: order ahead, walk in at your slot, and the queue becomes somebody else’s problem. If you are travelling across the island for a specific outlet, check its exact hours on our Outlets page first, every one of the 90 is listed with its own hours there.

Our Verdict

For 90 percent of trips, remember one line: 11 to 10, every day. For the other 10 percent, the exceptions are exactly where you would guess: campuses sleep on weekends, offices close early, the hospital starts early, Sentosa keeps beach hours, and nothing, anywhere, pours after 10:45pm. LiHO keeps shopkeeper’s hours in a city that mostly does the same, and now you know them.
